Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we offer an exchange or store credit, as long as the products are returned in a saleable condition. All products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know the reason for your return. 

All sales are final on fabric (measured), gift cards, patterns, and publications / patterns  - no refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit on these items.

Please Note:

Due to lighting effects, monitor's brightness, contrast and other settings, there may be slight differences in the color tone/shade of the photo compared to the actual fabric. Photos are enlarged to show details and may not be to scale.

Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods, as well as the actual shipping cost for the replacement order. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or ship your replacement order.
