I've been experimenting with this unique design for a while, and I'm so excited to finally share it. The blocks are intentionally not your typical size or shape, which creates a striking layout across the quilt. When you play with colour placement, an amazing secondary pattern appears across the quilt top - one of those designs that makes people stop and do a double take.

It's graphic, modern, and surprisingly versatile. Go bold with strong colour contrasts, keep it soft with coordinated tones, or dive into a scrappy version for lots of personality.

About the Technique

This pattern uses Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) - one of my favourite techniques for quilts with intricate shapes.

Instead of pre-cutting pieces, fabric is sewn directly onto a printed paper template. This method allows you to achieve:

✔ Accuracy even with complex shapes
