Studio 180 Design V-Block Tool | Special Order

The Studio 180 Design V-Block Tool is designed to create accurate V-shaped units, often called Peaky and Spike units. Commonly used for tall star points and other geometric quilt blocks, these units can be challenging to piece accurately without the right tool.

Using Studio 180 Design's oversize-and-trim method, you'll cut the center and side triangles slightly oversized, sew them together, and trim the unit to its finished size. This process produces accurate units with crisp points and correctly positioned seams.

The V-Block Tool creates 11 finished unit sizes from 1" to 6" in 1/2" increments and includes illustrated instructions, left-handed cutting diagrams, and access to a free online video demonstration.
